What’s particularly amazing is the face that you always start your treatment at the appointment time and it ends on schedule. I recently had a crown, a filling and 4 bonds in exactly 90 minutes— as scheduled. Dr Yap’s approach uses a gel to numb the gum before using a needle for Novocain so there’s no pain whatsoever. He describes each step as he is about to perform it. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I pulled a temporary crown off by flossing and they scheduled me within the hour of my call. If you’re looking for quality, professionalism and friendliness, then I recommend Dr Yap and his team.“
