“I had a 50 year old filling which my dentist warned me was the biggest filling he has ever seen. It finally cracked. I called my old dentist's office and they told me he was off on Fridays. I asked if it was possible to have them recommend another practice. The woman who answered the phone, said, "we do not recommend other practices!" Someone recommended Dr. Knecht. I called the office. I was told he was away at a seminar. Two different people called me back, trying to either help me with setting up an appointment for Monday or recommending a practice that would be able to see me the same day. I was very impressed that an office that had never seen me, was trying to help with my issue. I waited until Monday and went to Dr. Knecht. Both him and his staff were wonderful. He took care of my issue in a quick, friendly and professional manner. I will be leaving the other practice after 20 years as a patient. Dr. Knecht and his staff have earned a new patient. I will be recommending them to my friends and family.“

“love dr cruces!!! he's so imformative and does such great work.and if for some reason an adjustment is needed, he has no problem spending the time to make things as near perfect as possible. have had numerous crowns/implant crowns done thru him.my first crown was made right there and he invited me to watch the entire process. such a great touch!he's always pleasant and always addresses me by name and asks about my husband who he only met once. so personable and yet so professional. both dentists are involved in outside sport events and to hear of them is so intreresting. you really feel like you've known them forever after one visit.staff are all great as well and always respectful and attentive.if you haven't tried this practice you should make a point of doing so. you won't be disappointed!“
