“I have been member of massage envy since 2011.It is not a luxury for me but instead a necessity for sure due to frequent muscle spasms.Today was my first visit at this location, and what a fresh breath of air it is compare to my last couple of locations in the Jacksonville area.Jennifer who was at the front and answered my call was very knowledgeable and very patient too.My therapist today was Mandy who was wonderful as far as treating my most painful areas (neck and upper back).Massage envy has introduced the CBD enhancement product and I thought I’ll give it a trial today.This location is in a huge shopping plaza and was easy to find too.There is plenty of parking with easy access fro the main road.The staff are wonderful and very much customer service oriented.I was happy with my appointment today with Mandy and will be coming back for a facial and another massage too.I am only giving it 4 stars because there is always room for improvement but I definitely recommend this location if you are Obt he area.“
