“Had my first visit there today and saw Grace, a nurse practitioner. She gave me a very thorough first-time exam, listened to my concerns, answered all my questions in full, and provided very helpful advice about a chronic issue. I was also impressed by the other staff in the office, all extremely personable. The entire office seemed to be very professionally run and that made me feel very confident in them. I'm glad to have them as my treating dermatologists. Thanks to all!“

“I have been member of massage envy since 2011.It is not a luxury for me but instead a necessity for sure due to frequent muscle spasms.Today was my first visit at this location, and what a fresh breath of air it is compare to my last couple of locations in the Jacksonville area.Jennifer who was at the front and answered my call was very knowledgeable and very patient too.My therapist today was Mandy who was wonderful as far as treating my most painful areas (neck and upper back).Massage envy has introduced the CBD enhancement product and I thought I’ll give it a trial today.This location is in a huge shopping plaza and was easy to find too.There is plenty of parking with easy access fro the main road.The staff are wonderful and very much customer service oriented.I was happy with my appointment today with Mandy and will be coming back for a facial and another massage too.I am only giving it 4 stars because there is always room for improvement but I definitely recommend this location if you are Obt he area.“
“Updated review: STILL FIVE STAR! This weekend, I saw a dear friend that I haven't seen since last May. Her *first* comment, was "Oh my god, look at your skin!"I had an additional partial face IPL for some discoloration along my jaw and it worked wonderfully. I also had some cherry angiomas and other small spots removed from my neck and chest. This has made a giant difference in how much I like my appearance! More than I thought. Nora is great and you should go see her. You're worth some extra time and effort!Superior service and great communication with Nora.
