“I met Gary last year and I kept his card because he promised that if I ever needed my computer repaired, he could do almost anything, fast and at a reasonable price. Being a former IT guy myself, I had already replaced the battery on my MacBook Pro, but when the keyboard and hard disk started to fail, I knew I needed help. The authorized Apple Dealer took it in, but said they couldn't touch it because I had already done some work on it myself (lesson learned), so I thought I was done. Luckily I was able to back up my hard disk (took more than 12 hours) and restore my data to my new ($$$ ouch!) MacBook Pro, but I still wanted to fix the old one for my son, if it was possible. ...so I called Gary. Met Gary on a Sunday, gave him the busted MacBook Pro, explained what had happened and he said "No problem". By Thursday of that same week he returned it completely fixed (hard disk repair, battery secured and keyboard issues fixed) and for a fraction of what I though it would've cost at the other place.
