Dr. Monaharan and his wife are the highest quality of people. They care about your animals like you care about your animals. It is clear they live by the golden rule in treating those how they want to be treated because they treated my family not only as their own family, but my dog, as their family. They truly set the standard for all other vets. When I found out the vet we had used retired for 20 years, I never thought I'd find anyone that compares. I was right, but wrong about the ones setting the bar. The Monaharans are in a league of their own. I am writing to you personally because I have been a loyal client for a long time and have always appreciated the care you provide. However, I have had a very disappointing experience with a member of your front desk staff on several recent occasions.
I have found the receptionist's attitude to be rude and dismissive. When I have called to make appointments, calls have been handled unprofessionally:
The receptionist often answers the phone abruptly.
The receptionist has hung up on me before I could fully explain my pet's problem.

We absolutely love it here. The staff here are the most caring and compassionate people. They truly love animals. On top of that, their services are very affordable, we don't have animal insurance so we pay out of pocket. We'll always bring our cats here.
