“Well, we spent an enormous amount of money with Premier and we thought that the work was good but a few days later after they left them up in my attic, it sprung a leak a big leak and after all that money we paid and they came back out and said that everything was all right. They charge me more money again and all I get is it’s a it’s a little water And it’ll be all right, but it’s not all right and I’ve now I’ve got to pay somebody to change drywall to dry the place out and to replace the insulation that’s soaking wet not just a little water but soaking wet and guess what they’re not on up to it very nice“

“I don't know what all the poor reviews are about, although they are from years ago. My experience was great! I tried hard not to call a plumber as they all cost an arm and a leg. I stood in water up to my calves while showering for over a month, and I even tried snaking it myself -- despite being about as house handy as a rock. I gave in and called several companies, but chose B.F. Plumbing. Christian was straight forward, explained everything, and perfectly polite. He snaked my tub and in under 10 min everything was copacetic. I'm so relieved.“
