“Well, we spent an enormous amount of money with Premier and we thought that the work was good but a few days later after they left them up in my attic, it sprung a leak a big leak and after all that money we paid and they came back out and said that everything was all right. They charge me more money again and all I get is it’s a it’s a little water And it’ll be all right, but it’s not all right and I’ve now I’ve got to pay somebody to change drywall to dry the place out and to replace the insulation that’s soaking wet not just a little water but soaking wet and guess what they’re not on up to it very nice“

I worked with the owner, Celeste and her Service Manager to select a top American made brand (HTP) with a stainless steel tank and lifetime warranty. Yes, I paid a little more but I wish you could see the "before" photo and the substandard work by another plumber. The old tank was a piece of junk and the plumbing work to install it looked like they just threw it in. JA Adams takes pride in their work and it shows (see the attached picture). I can't recommend them highly enough.“
