“I recently had the pleasure of working with JA Adams to replace my water heater in a very old house. I worked with the owner, Celeste and her Service Manager to select a top American made brand (HTP) with a stainless steel tank and lifetime warranty. Yes, I paid a little more but I wish you could see the "before" photo and the substandard work by another plumber. The old tank was a piece of junk and the plumbing work to install it looked like they just threw it in. JA Adams takes pride in their work and it shows (see the attached picture). I can't recommend them highly enough.“

“We live in the South End, WPB, and recently required a good licensed plumber for an ongoing issue which became emergent. . We chose to try a new company and worked with Dee Marie Plumbing. We had a very positive experience. Finding a good plumber is not always easy, and we were very very happy with the work and general outcome. Kevin, who serviced our house, is obviously a very experienced plumber, and easy to work with. He was available to squeeze us in, showed up on time, had great follow through, and got the job done. And Done well. Also, added bonus, their fees are reasonable and much more in line and competitive than many of the other companies we have used in the area.Carey, in the office, went out of her way to accommodate and communicate with me, as we were juggling schedules, and had a lot going on. Because it needed to be done quickly it was necessary to work out schedules and logistics. She also provided an excellent secondary referral for related . “I don't know what all the poor reviews are about, although they are from years ago. My experience was great! I tried hard not to call a plumber as they all cost an arm and a leg. I stood in water up to my calves while showering for over a month, and I even tried snaking it myself -- despite being about as house handy as a rock. I gave in and called several companies, but chose B.F. Plumbing. Christian was straight forward, explained everything, and perfectly polite. He snaked my tub and in under 10 min everything was copacetic. I'm so relieved.“

“Well, we spent an enormous amount of money with Premier and we thought that the work was good but a few days later after they left them up in my attic, it sprung a leak a big leak and after all that money we paid and they came back out and said that everything was all right. They charge me more money again and all I get is it’s a it’s a little water And it’ll be all right, but it’s not all right and I’ve now I’ve got to pay somebody to change drywall to dry the place out and to replace the insulation that’s soaking wet not just a little water but soaking wet and guess what they’re not on up to it very nice“
