I am so happy that I found this agency for my father. The agencies office staff and caregivers are so caring and thoughtful. If you are looking for a great home health agency that will take great care of tour loved one you can’t go wrong with Home Health Services of the Palm Beaches.
This agency was a big disappointment. There were some excellent CNAs but they left to work at other agencies to get more hours. Many complained to me of not getting paid in a timely fashion. Some of the CNAs were incompetent and I had to take care of them along with my husband who was suppose to be receiving services from them. It made more work for me, not less.
