I have used this agency for care for my Mom for the past 3 months with great results. The aides are very kind and professional. Luwanda , the scheduler, keeps me informed about changes in the schedule which is very reassuring. I am very pleased with the service .
Coastal Healthcare Solutions is a highly professional health care organization with it's primary focus upon the health and welfare of the elderly as well as the sincere concern for the family of those patients requiring assistance. They've been most flexible in scheduling select Nurse Aids and very accommodating to the medical needs of our geriatric citizens.Lawanda (Coastal Healthcare Solutions Administrative Representative) was always very professional, proficient and highly accomplished in assisting with the healthcare necessities for my elderly mother as well as, I'm sure, all their patients. When our family member was transitioning home from the hospital and then a resident physical therapy center, we needed immediate support for his in-home health needs. Diane was responsive, and proved to be a great communicator. She demonstrated great flexibility scheduling for different hours and days based on medical appointments and emergent needs, and our family member really liked the care providers. If we are in need of these services again, we will definitely return to Healthcare Solutions.
