“The Rockwood installation team did a fantastic job installing new carpet on our stairs and the entire upstairs. They were very friendly, neat and efficient in the removal of the old carpet, which they carted away, and the installation of the new carpet. They could not have been nicer in moving the heavy furniture out of the way and moving it back into the correct position afterwards. I had dreaded moving all of our furniture and the straightening things out after they were done but that wasn't necessary thanks to their thoughtfulness. “I thought I posted this a year ago, but saw that I hadn't posted... so here it is. The team at LL flooring are absolutely incredible! Sarah and all the folks were so amazing through the whole process of getting my new and beautiful floor. I ordered the floor and then there was delay after delay with other parts of a larger renovation which kept pushing back when the floor could be installed. The team at LL Flooring where so understanding about the delays and just hung tight with me while I waited for the other contract work to finish. James, my installer did some amazing things with tile. The floor was soooo beautiful! Well, a year out and I am still blown away everyday at how beautiful my floor is on the second floor. I could not be happier! When it comes time to renovate the downstairs, I will not even need to shop around this time. I will go straight to LL Flooring so I can have a new beautiful floor with total confidence that I will get amazing service and a fist class install. You don't need to go anywhere else. This is the place.“

We were looking for wood/vinyl flooring and after a stop at their showroom in West Palm (thank you to Lucas and Bernardo), Patrick (one of the owners) came to our house with great suggestions for what kind of floor (color and material) and it turned out as good as we could have hoped. They provided a great price, much less than Home Depot, and that included the stairs, something HD would not do. “Oh my goodness! As a local Realtor, I have seen the work of Luis and his crew at several of my client's properties. I saw the attention to detail and clean painting.. and decided to take the plunge and hire them to do my bathroom renovation. All I can say are positives. Luis had perfect communication. He told me each day which time the next day he and/ or his crew would arrive.. and they were on time EVERY time. I had a vision of my new bathroom that had a rather complicated build out section that I created in my mind.. and Luis nailed it! Isaac, Owen, and Ramon are an amazing team who strive for perfection. The flooring they did on the 2nd floor looks stunning. Jospeh is the sweetest, and makes sure everything is running smoothly. He checks in periodically to make sure that we are satisfied and content with the work. Couldn't have asked for a better company. 10/10 would recommend“
