“Steven is a professional at hardwood floor refinishing. He has all the right equipment to make your floors perfect. More than that he is a man of his word, punctual, hard-working, and he went above and beyond for me in several ways. First my job was a “fix someone else’s mess” I had hired another floor company that did an absolute horrible job on my floors. Steven started from scratch and produced beautiful results.Then, as luck would have it, just as my job was finishing up, one tradesmen spilled PVC glue on my new floors, and another tradesmen scratched them while trying to move appliances into place. I was so upset thinking there would be no way that Steven could cover up the damage. But he came in, assessed the situation carefully taped off the damaged areas and redid the floors to perfection.
