“I stopped by Tiles of Pompano a few times over the past weeks. I spoke mostly with Chris who was extremely knowledgeable, personable and eager to help. Each time I came in, it seemed like several people comverged on me (in a good way) to offer thier help. While Chris took the lead, several other staff were trying diligently to help me out. Even when I came in with a tile that they didn't sell, they were more than willing to offer their professional opinion on how to lay out the tile and what kind of grout I should use. I met the owner Jill and complimented her for creating an atmosphere where her whole team came together to help a potential client. Even though they didn't end up selling me the tile, Jill was later willing to consult with me again on the phone. In this day and age, I am especially appreciative of a business who is professional, generous of their time and knowledeableTiles of Pompano checked off these boxes beautifully.
