“4-10-21 I like HRMC and spent a lot of time there taking care of equipment on site over the years. But when I ended up in the ER with 3 fractured ribs a fractured scapula, I feel like I need another hole in my head if I dont get this off my chest. After getting the expert care I received there, It all starts with being discharged. I was told my prescriptions were sent to CVS, which I asked them to resend to the Walmart Pharmacy on Wickham and Sarno. Upon the nice wheelchair ride to Tower "A" and outside at the bench, I said thank you to the lady. I called my ride and she was close so I walked over to the bus stop shelter to rest there. I reached in my pocket to get my money clip and noticed no bills under the magnetic flap. Which I only had 4 bills in it, my ride showed and I got in. Told my friend Deb, the situation and she wanted to turn around and get it taken care of.I told her don't worry and to just go to where my mis hap happened on my scooter. She knew what the 4 bills were and was a bit disturbed about it herself. We went to the site of my crash and I walked around took a video as I did not remember anything. We worked our way to my scooter as another friend had picked it up for me the day I went down. I wanted to see what was on the dash cam that I have on the scooter, which is the very nice EMove Cruiser Electric scooter. I reviewed the footage and was happy a car did not hit me, cause I really had no Idea what happened at the time and now the light was turned on. We proceeded to her place but 1st stopped off to pick up prescriptions which were not there. I finally got on the phone not worried about the money that was missing but concerned about the prescriptions missing as I know what the pain level is with 3 ribs and a scapula that are fractured. All this started on 4-7-21, it being Saturday and getting a run around I am in extreme pain as I type this. And It is after 8 am which i wll need to make some more phone calls and need to finish. Your all wondering about the $, I just need some pain relief. Ok, I had (2)100.00 bills, a Fifty and a Twenty dollar bill. Since HRMC security was not involved here they are excused. I don't know where it went, but someone is feeling guilt and I know I just feel pain. Have a great day and be safe. Scooter guy :-/“

“Recently, I had a visit with the PA, Niroj, and I was in tears when I left because of her compassion and spirit of excellence. She went so far above what was expected to ensure that I obtained a speedy appointment with the specialist since they would not respond to my urgent requests. Niroj contacted the specialist’s office and spoke directly with the provider and explained my situation and he agreed to see me within a few hours. Because of her phone call, I was able to get a speedy appointment and obtained the necessary treatment. She did not have to take that extra step, but it is so greatly appreciated. In addition, she provided the information for an additional specialist to allow me to have options for my treatment, which is incredibly important. She also listened. So many providers do not listen to their patients. This practice is the very best in Brevard County. I am a healthcare practitioner so I recognize quality when I see it. I highly recommend all of the providers at this office. Both Dr. Balaji and Monique are excellent. All of the providers at this center provide holistic, patient-centered care with excellence and compassion. I give you all 5-stars. I just wish there was an option for 10 stars.“

“If you are on low income this is the place to come too. I brought my brother who has severe skin disorder and the staff was amazing. He has no insurance but was still able to be taken care of. We left hopeful and excited that he was able to be seen and got prescribed meds.“

“I had a partial knee replacement at Palm Bay hospital yesterday by Dr Miller and I have to give this hospital at least five stars everyone was absolutely wonderful from start to end of it I had constant help and attention the hospital looked great it was clean the room I was put in after the surgery looked like a four-star hotel room it even had a sofa it was great for my caregiver who was there with me to bring me home“
“I’ve been going to Dr Weiss and his NP Lana for over 10 years… They are always kind and compassionate have treated all of my issues with empathy and understanding... the staff is always kind and welcoming yes there may be long waits sometimes but the wait is well worth it. Fantastic service, probably the best doctors for neurology in Brevard in my opinion Lana has been a lifesaver she is absolutely amazing!!!“
