What a knowledgeable and honest guy! I told him all the things I'd already tried on my laptop that had a blank screen. He diagnosed it over the phone and advised me not to waste my money on having him look at it. Also gave me great tips on buying a new one (now is not a great time) and how to update an old laptop I still had so I would have something to use. I couldn't get him to take any money for his advice no matter how hard I tried. If I'm in need of computer repair again, he will definitely be my guy

Thrilled with the timing, service and cost of Mike's pc service. In Cocoa Beach with my elderly folks and my Mom's laptop crashed. (We actually live in Virginia). Talked to Mike on Monday and he came to the house on Tuesday made a quick diagnosis and confirmed that Mom had not lost her data files and her laptop was in good shape. Ordered a new solid state drive (which the last repair should have done!). Back to the house on Friday- installed the new drive, upgraded Windows 10, copied her data files, MADE SURE she could run her programs (email, quicken, card program, etc.) and could access her data files. Great service. Highly recommend.

OUTSTANDING! Mike came to our home to help our son who had built his own gaming computer. He helped troubleshoot it while allowing my son to problem solve. His hourly rate is very reasonable and he is very professional and knowledgeable! Would definitely use him again when the need arises. Thank YOU!!!
