I brought my laptop in for Rich to remove Windows 11 S mode, the blocking software that prevents you from downloading any file/app not approved by Microsoft. However, after all his efforts and a clean install of the software, S mode remains. I appreciate his determination to fix this insane software. I highly recommend Rich for any computer issues...his customer service is top notch! ***UPDATE!*** Rich called me yesterday and told me he found a way to remove the S mode blocking software. I brought my laptop to him today and 15 minutes later...***BOOM*** S mode is history! Rich is the absolute best! Thanks, man!

Rich has excellent customer service skills and made my experience very efficient. His no-fix no-fee policy meant that I was able to learn about my computer’s problem and have the power to go about solving it a number of ways. Thanks, Rich! I really appreciate your help!
