“The staff was very nice, and the doctor seemed knowledgeable, although not very friendly. It did seem more expensive than other vet offices I have been too, so for that fact, I would probably not go back for routine appointments, but they got me in for an emergency, and I would go back if I needed to bring in my cat on a weekend again.“

“We have been going to Southpaw for about two years now and Dr. Rottenberk is always great and very caring. they have been everything, warm and friendly each time we have gone or called for help. The doctor even calling back with answers to questions. Most recently this year I had to lay to rest my 19 1/2 year old Chihuahua and as heartbreaking as it was, the office and Dr. Cruz, who stepped in for my main Doctor Who was out of office, were the most sympathetic and amazing staff anyone could've asked for that sad day. They were extremely comforting and well aware why we had to come in that day and we're very accommodating in the whole process as heartbreaking as it was they made the process simple and quick while being supportive. Thank you again to your amazing team, receiving the sympathy card in the mail for the passing of my little dog, and not only the paw prints but adding his little snout print, Touched my heart and in some many ways you can't imagine. “Best vet experience! I started going to Pebble Creek when I got my first Siberian cat in April 2024. My previous vet did not treat Siberians which is how I became a client at Pebble Creek Animal Hospital. There is never a long wait in the waiting room, and I love the personal touch with the little welcome sign for pet outside of the exam room. I knew if I ever decided to expand my pet family, they were 100% going to Pebble Creek. Well, 10/22 of this year I got my second Siberian. I love the fact they have a free “get to know you” visit with the vet techs and staff (not a doctor visit). I took my new kitten in today and the staff, as always, was amazing. I mostly dealt with Taylor, who is a vet tech. The time she spent with us talking about the kitties, answered many questions, and polite conversation was amazing. I didn’t feel like just another client. She is definitely an asset to this practice! The staff and doctors are kind and take as much time as needed to answer all questions. Also, prices are not inflated like some other practices I’ve been to. Highly recommend!“

“I cannot say enough about Cheval's staff. We had scheduled an emergency appt. due to our pup being in pain & was struggling. Our regular vet was closed and Cheval made a same day appt. for us. Sadly, it was not good news and we needed to lay him to rest. The Dr. was very patient and professional. The staff was sympathetic and gave us the time we needed, despite going into after hours, and ensuring my pup was comfortable & not in pain. We will never forget their kindness!“

“I was recently faced with the tough decision of having to put my horse down. It was something very new and unfamiliar to me and something very tough to go through. Daniels and Daniels was recommended to me so I began making contact, asking questions etc. A member of there staff spoke with me over a few days and took the time to explain things, and answer any and all questions I had. They stayed courteous no matter how long I took to ask things or no matter how upset I got. I did end up having to go with a different vet but only because of scheduling issues that were not their fault. I appreciate the time and patience Daniels and Daniels staff provided me during this difficult time.“

“this place is amazing. Dr Register is great with my dogs Poppy and Suki. Suki is going to be 18. A few years ago I thought was going to lose her. Blue pearl said she had cancer. That still may be true but with the supplements for hepatic and renal support and the recommendationa from Dr Register she's still here and living her best life. It's always clean and so calm. The payment plans are a true blessing! Thank you! Cindy D you should remove the bad review if it had nothing to do with the vet care. Not hearing back with a phone call or email 3 business days from that Friday is pretty petty. Sometimes it takes months Especially if they are short staffed. I am sure you won't be getting the job At this point. Something tells me that's probably an issue for you in general. You have definitely burned a bridge. You should have sent a thank you note after the interview and followed up a week after they said they would contact you If they didn't to let them know you are still interested That is how the real world works.“

“Best Vet team in the Tampa Bay area for non-emergency surgical care. This Vet is a diplomate, which is an additional credential most Vets don't have. As for costs, you get what you pay for...“

“We are new to the area and have been searching for the right Vet and have been having a hard time finding someone we trust. We have two pitbulls and a small chihuahua - Lhasa aphsa mix all about 2 years of age who tend to be a lot of work to take to the vet. This team was so professional and efficient and just naturally good with our dogs. They all portrayed great knowledge about what they were doing but especially how to interact with our pack. It was truly such an amazing experience and I am so glad we found them. We now have someone we trust to take our dogs to. They lead with care not with what they can sell you - which has been our overall experience with Vets we tried here in New Tampa. They helped us save money by finding the best avenue to order their meds and not just selling us what they have on the shelves in their office. They all took the time to get to know us and our pack. “Came in for an emergency check up. Didn’t have to wait long for them to bring to back in look a wound on neck. We found out would is infected and they would have to sedate him to cut hair but Dr. Harbert said it wouldn’t be in best interest of max to sedate him with full belly so he referred me come back later.“
