A real “boutique” fitness experience with individualized exercise programs based around personal goals. The yoga classes are small and everyone is encouraged to work at their own level. I started personal training with Lynette 2 1/2 years ago and it has been life changing. The atmosphere is super friendly and welcoming! Even my dog got a big welcome:)“
“When my current gym membership was up I decided to try her for a few sessions to test her out. Her method of training was different than the traditional fitness training & I was burning close to 400-500 calories in 1 session! She really customized the program for me to get me stronger.
