Suncoast was able to fit me in same day, within 30 minutes of me calling. Upon arriving we were greeted quickly and made comfortable in a room. The vet office is lovely. They really care about animals and their people. My Little Grey felt so safe and secure with the entire staff. They were with me throughout her entire sickness and made her much more comfortable. They talked me through everything thoroughly and called frequently to check up on her. They even let me call and ask questions, which I had frequently as things progressed. When the time came and she had gained her wings we were devastated. They handle her with such care and cried with us. A few weeks later I received a hand written sympathy card signed by the entire staff. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate Dr. Logan and the entire staff. They made the most heartbreaking experience a little more tolerable. I will be switching over all my animals care. Forever customer here.“
