Everybody on the team did an exceptional job from finding us a home to finally closing on a house. Our realtor Chris Jossi was reliable and informative. In 2023 my Brother passed away unexpectedly. I was devastated. As personal representative for his Estate I now had the difficult task of selling his house. I live in NJ, but flew down to FL and met with Craig Kellner. Craig was kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. Throughout the home selling process there were many setbacks and requirements to update the house. Craig Kellner and the Tony Baroni team were amazing. We live in Chicago but we needed to sell our Aunt's house in Sun City Center. Working with Craig, from when we first met to the final contract - 60 days. He had all the support in the world... from virtual staging to repair people to home cleaning and trash removal. Everything was as he said. This man might be the straightest shooter in Florida and he "gits 'er done."
