Dwight McDonald was referred to me when I needed help with my home sale which was facing foreclosure. He advised me on the selling process his ideas and what I needed to do. He got the house listed immediately and I had calls the next day. when I had an offer he walked me through the process we would follow to completed the sale He was very knowledgeable in all phases of the transaction such as contracts payoff needs and closing. I worked with Dwight on selling a property then again when I purchased a new property. In both cases he was fantastic to work with. I highly recommend using him if you are buying, selling, or for title work.His team was very detailed and the communication was great as well.
