“Called Amen Air after-hours yesterday as my AC stopped working. They installed my AC unit several years ago after lightning fried my last one. After cursory inspection I noticed that condensate line/float area was filling up with water. Tried using the wet vac to clear the line and pouring vinegar and hot water down. Nothing seemed to be working. Received a call this morning to advise that a technician would be out to the house. Mike N was my technician for this call. Very knowledgeable and explained in detail what he was doing. Walked me through step-by-step on how he was going to open up the unit, flush/remove the algae from the pan and clear the line. I cannot recommend Amen Air or Mike N more highly. Honest man and has some of the best customer service I have seen in a very long time. He also took the time to explain the various service packages I could use if interested. Good companies and honest technicians can be difficult to find. I would recommend checking out Amen Air. Very Satisfied.“

Also, as a fellow business owner… I find it a little ridiculous that several of the poor reviews are due to a technicians driving.

Google reviews are meant for rating the service & quality of a company, not the driving abilities of a tech.

“Veterans AC & Heat does a great job explaining issues, as well as ways to correct. The technicians are on time, text you when they are on their way, email you a complete summary of the visit and estimates. Very impressed“

“Work was performed courteously and professionally. AC unit was replaced in a few hours the day of installation. Got an estimate on Saturday of Labor Day Weekend. Installation complete be Sunday at noon.“

“We used The Dan Wright Corp to do our yearly service, and when we found ourselves in the high heat time of year, last year, our unit was damaged by lightening. At the time there was a shortage of A/C units. Kenny came to our rescue. They installed a temporary unit until they could get the correct size for our home. It took longer than what we expected, but they answered our calls and kept us informed all along the way. When they installed the final unit needed, they did an excellent job and now our home is comfortable year-round. My wife and I waited to give this review, to make sure the system works as promised.
