“I had the blower motor go bad on Saturday. Unfortunately nothing could be done until the parts center opened on Monday.
The technician who came out Monday morning ( an hour earlier than expected which was also a plus) , MIKE N, did a fantastic job. Mike was very professional, polite and explained the issue in layman's terms to me. He even noticed the housing where the motor goes and the fan blades were dirty and took the time to clean both out while he was here.
To the owner of Amen Air, this technician is definitely a keeper. It's not often you see a younger man like Mike N who has good work ethics and takes pride in the work he does as well as going the extra step to clean out motor housing and blades. WELL DONE !
In the future if I have any other issues, I'll definitely ask for Mike N.“
