The preventive maintenance check began as scheduled. The two individuals present were polite and professional. Matthew climbed into a very small space to complete his work, recommended a bulb replace, with explanation as to why this was important, and swept the floor after completing his work. All my questions were answered during the visit. Overall, this was a very good experience which is what I’ve come to expect when dealing with All Star Heating & Cooling.

Firstly, we want to thank Benjamin, the Office Manager that helped us when we stopped by the office about a couple of months ago to take care of our A/C issue. Benjamin did not hesitate whatsoever to help us as our A/C kept over flowing and shutting down our system. As promised he immediately sent someone out to look at it, and come to find out, not only an easy fix, but the drainage tray was initially put on backwards causing us headaches as to why our A/C unit kept shutting down on us. Was completely satisfied with service. Matthew the tech that showed up was very professional. He spent the time to explain my issues prior to the repair he also made suggestion on what to do to keep my unit running, and finally at my request gave me quotes on possible replacement scenarios.Thank you Matthew and All Star!!!!
