“This is a fabulous company!! I had an emergency where I had no power at my rental house. The power can outside was loose and Duke would not restore the power until it was fixed. An electrician needed to fix it. 95 degrees outside, no A/C!!! What were my chances of getting an electrician to go out immediately?? Very slim!! I called Lester Electric and spoke with Bill, explained my dilemma, and after sending him a few pictures of what the problem was, he jumped in his truck and went to the house AND FIXED IT! “I contracted this business to replace my electric panel (a pretty pricy job) that i was holding off due to not having much trust for the unlicensed contractors in our county. The job was carried out and completed within a timely manner, and the contractors completing the job were incredibly niceUnfortunately, a team member accidentally cut a wire that he had believe to no longer be in service, which was my fiber optic that I use to receive internet to the location and work. This put me in a really tough spot as I didn’t think I would be able to work (frontier is generally a week behind) so I called the business.Within minutes of me calling at 5pm, Curtise, the owner showed up at my property, took a second look around everything, admit fault, apologized, and did EVERYTHING in his power to figure out a solution for me that wouldn’t leave me without internet.
