“Gave Joe a call post seeing his van parked in The Home Depot parking light about lights flickering inside the house. Despite being under the weather he spent time with me on the phone to diagnosis the problem without seeing it, and was able to get everything resolved without coming to the house or charging me. Could've scheduled a time to come and charged us hundreds of dollars instead. Due to that honesty and ability to diagnosis the problem without seeing it he will absolutely be the person I call whenever I need anything done!“
