“First off these people actually care and if you have a plumbing or mechanical need, USE THEM! So we're opening an RV and Boat Storage facility in Coleman and Nash really saved our hide. Alex was able to fix a venting issue without completely having to redo the plumbing under our anchored office building, something other plumbers could not figure out. Michelle worked for hours trying to find the only ADA sinks in the country that would work for our bathroom because of the specific dimensions and she got them in record time and then Alex of course installed them post haste. “Left a review last week about the first technician that came out to my home. Although he got my AC up and running, four days later, my AC was leaking water like crazy all over the place. After paying over $1500 for the Band-Aid repair or, I had to call the company again. I also asked the representative when I called if they would have filters because I knew I needed a new one, they replied with yes to find out that they did not. So I had to purchase filters online that only came in packs of three for another $200. Because I will be needing a new one and cannot afford a new one right now. I had to do whatever I could do for now. I was so disappointed after coming home to a leaky air conditioner after paying so much money the first time. And that the technician was there and could have checked that before he left. I was ready to take back my good review and leave a different one. Joshua Smith came to the company’s rescue. After losing faith in the company and not wanting to do business with them any further, and sharing my bad experience with each client that I do their hair, Joshua had changed my mind about changing my review and what I was going to say.
