Broward Factory Service in Summerfield is great. Yesterday we had a major problem with our refrigator not working after a repair from a Samsung repair vendor. Broward got Matt out the same day and had our refrigator fixed in a matter of minutes. This saved us many dollars in food not going bad. The entire staff is very professional, efficent and personable. Laura who does the appointment setting is great and we love the followup she does. We have an appliance contract with them for several years now and consider it one of our best investments. Thank you to the entire staff at Broward, here in Summerfield.

Laura and the Broward family has always been ready and available at anytime to assist with any appliance problem I have ever had. They are very professional and caring and always wanting to please me. I would highly recommend this company as they are very honest and reliable.

The staff at Broward Factory is absolutely amazing, Laura is super helpful and you can just hear her big smile thru the phone. Dealing with warranties and issues with your appliances is never fun, but she makes it bearable. You never know when these things can just stop working! Unfortunately most appliances dont have a very long life span nowadays. Thank goodness I have a warranty on this stuff. I refer this company to all my customers purchasing new homes.
