“We have been going to Southpaw for about two years now and Dr. Rottenberk is always great and very caring. they have been everything, warm and friendly each time we have gone or called for help. The doctor even calling back with answers to questions. Most recently this year I had to lay to rest my 19 1/2 year old Chihuahua and as heartbreaking as it was, the office and Dr. Cruz, who stepped in for my main Doctor Who was out of office, were the most sympathetic and amazing staff anyone could've asked for that sad day. They were extremely comforting and well aware why we had to come in that day and we're very accommodating in the whole process as heartbreaking as it was they made the process simple and quick while being supportive. Thank you again to your amazing team, receiving the sympathy card in the mail for the passing of my little dog, and not only the paw prints but adding his little snout print, Touched my heart and in some many ways you can't imagine. “I cannot say enough about Cheval's staff. We had scheduled an emergency appt. due to our pup being in pain & was struggling. Our regular vet was closed and Cheval made a same day appt. for us. Sadly, it was not good news and we needed to lay him to rest. The Dr. was very patient and professional. The staff was sympathetic and gave us the time we needed, despite going into after hours, and ensuring my pup was comfortable & not in pain. We will never forget their kindness!“

“Best vet experience! I started going to Pebble Creek when I got my first Siberian cat in April 2024. My previous vet did not treat Siberians which is how I became a client at Pebble Creek Animal Hospital. There is never a long wait in the waiting room, and I love the personal touch with the little welcome sign for pet outside of the exam room. I knew if I ever decided to expand my pet family, they were 100% going to Pebble Creek. Well, 10/22 of this year I got my second Siberian. I love the fact they have a free “get to know you” visit with the vet techs and staff (not a doctor visit). I took my new kitten in today and the staff, as always, was amazing. I mostly dealt with Taylor, who is a vet tech. The time she spent with us talking about the kitties, answered many questions, and polite conversation was amazing. I didn’t feel like just another client. She is definitely an asset to this practice! The staff and doctors are kind and take as much time as needed to answer all questions. Also, prices are not inflated like some other practices I’ve been to. Highly recommend!“

“The staff was so helpful this past Saturday, our fur babies are inside cats but some how, perhaps when my husband cut our daughters lawn, a flea was carried into our house. On Friday night our Buddha started scratching and licking uncontrollably. Even though they were busy they squeezed our 2 cats in for a flea treatment on Saturday morning. The treatment is working great we found 4 fleas on our cat already and he seems calmer and more comfortable We have just started bringing our cats to them and they have been wonderful A shout out to Amanda for her quick response when we got there and to the rest of the staff for helping us out on a holiday weekend. “We are new to the area and have been searching for the right Vet and have been having a hard time finding someone we trust. We have two pitbulls and a small chihuahua - Lhasa aphsa mix all about 2 years of age who tend to be a lot of work to take to the vet. “Came in for an emergency check up. Didn’t have to wait long for them to bring to back in look a wound on neck. We found out would is infected and they would have to sedate him to cut hair but Dr. Harbert said it wouldn’t be in best interest of max to sedate him with full belly so he referred me come back later.“
