Plan B gave me a 2nd opinion quote when i was having issue with my AC unit. Keston arrived , inspected my unit and assessed the situation. Plan B quoted me far lower than Acree or 1 Hour AC for the unit replacement i needed. In less than 48 hours they had my new unit installed. Plan B , and Keston (tech who did the installation) were amazing , friendly, professional, thorough, and at no point did i feel like they were trying to squeez every possible penny they could out of me on useless things like UV lamps or static charged filters like some other companies have done to me in the past. They were completely honest with what i needed and quoted a very reasonable price....read full review

I was referred to Plan B by the MJ morning show. I called and made an appointment to have a technician come and conduct maintenance on my AC unit to make sure it was running smoothly before the hotter months were upon us. My technician, Keston, showed up within the promised time frame. He was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. He took his time providing the needed maintenance and ensuring that my system was completely working properly. I was very happy with his service and knowledgeability.
