The team at ACE Heating and Cooling are fantastic! We had an issue that included some extenuating circumstances and they jumped through hoops for us! Crystal and Rafael specifically but I understand many others were involved. THANK YOU!! They gained a new customer for sure. Signed a Cleaning and Maintenance agreement when all was said and done!
I want to commend ACE and their entire group. They have been our contractor for our HVAC’s (dual systems) for many years. We had used Ace in the past and liked their conpany a lot. We recently placed a service request though our home warranty company for ac repair this week and they sent out a different company, initially. This company was super slimy, trying to prey on warranty requests by making sure that coverage is denied so that they could charge, out-of-pocket, for things that homeowners don’t even need. That company quoted us $10k to get our AC working. It didn’t feel right so I called the warranty company and specifically requested that Ace come out for a second opinion.
