So a HUGE shout out to Candy and Eric for helping my 81 year old Mom, The AC went OUT. They pulled a miracle and are on the way to help her. With all her meds that heat it is a NO GO. We had an issue or two post-installation, and they were on it like white on rice. Eric (the owner) paid us a personal visit, carefully addressed every concern, and bent over backwards to make it all right.
