I bought a service plan for my AC units. They sent Joe out who did a great job, took pictures and explained everything I needed to keep my AC's going through the summer. After he packed up and left for his next job, I noticed the upstairs AC air was not turned on. Called company, talked to dispatch. They said they would call Joe and have him call me. While waiting I went up into the attic and noticed the air handler power was disconnected. I reconnected and got AC going. I will use them again but i will be checking their work.P.S Joe never did call me back.

Courteous, polite, timely and efficient are the words that come to mind when Fredy arrives. He is an exceptionally skilled craftsman.He provided many suggestions to keep our condo comfortable while installing a new condenser coil. Working late into the dark, Fredy would not even walk through the unit without covering his shoes, on and off, on and off, respecting our floors.
