“I took my two rescue kitties in for mani-pedi. The cost was a bit more than my usual place and I was not able to go into the room with them which I prefer to do, so these two things disappointed me. But on the bright side, the assistant, Lux(sp?) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my concerns.“

“I want to say Dr. Rogers was great with our dog Chloe. He was very kind and gave us antibiotics, but even more importantly HOPE. Our dog was feeling better, and after a week we came in for a follow up. Him and his staff gave us great words of encouragement and advice on what we should do. “My former veterinarian permanently closed his practice during Covid, so it's been a challenge to find another practice that suits my needs. I hit the jackpot with Compassionate Care Animal Clinic. I first chose this practice based on location from my home and of course, the reviews. I realize that reviews are not always reliable, however, the reviews for Compassionate Care are thoughtful with good context, and 4.8 across the board which is why I chose to make an appointment.Compassionate Care's service from my inital call to make the appointment to my first visit was excellent. This is a small, very comfortable and inviting practice. The woman at the front desk is very kind and accommodating. The technician, Stefan, was very kind, thorough, and efficient. Dr. Hutson is fantastic. She has a wonderful personality, excellent pet-side manner, and my sweet, three-legged cat, loved her. The doctor was thorough in her examination. Although my visit was a yearly, wellness check and to obtain prescriptions for his food, Dr. Hutson's approach is wellness, not outrageous testing and unneccesary bloodwork and medicine. I appreciated her honest assessment of my cat's needs.Compassionate Care is very reasonable and customary in their fees, which is a huge plus. They are very organized from start to finish. Special note -- I recieved a sweet phone call from the practice the next business day just to see how my cat was doing. “I just left the office in Deerfield Beach. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had the doctor is phenomenal and I was fortunate enough to have Nathan the tech take care of her. “As a pet sitter for over 4 years, I’ve had to use CS Animal Emergency twice and both times have been nothing short of an exceptional experience. Sure it’s more pricey than your average vet, but that’s to be expected as they have just about everything you could ever need right on site as a full service animal hospital. The staff is always helpful and polite and so are the doctors. Estimates were presented at a high quote only because they would rather your pet get all the care and tests they feel would be beneficial, but they are understanding of your finances as well. It has been a pretty simple process to adjust the estimate according to your budget and what is absolutely needed, if you just ask. And if the anything else is absolutely necessary after that, then you can get more tests or whatever else may be needed accordingly.“
