“I want to say Dr. Rogers was great with our dog Chloe. He was very kind and gave us antibiotics, but even more importantly HOPE. Our dog was feeling better, and after a week we came in for a follow up. Him and his staff gave us great words of encouragement and advice on what we should do. “Thank you Dr. Brandon Cox, Nicole, John and the entire staff. I walked in feeling helpless because of my fur baby Panzcha.Another vet in another location told me to put my furbaby Panzcha down, and they overcharged me for unnecessary tests and they gave her an eye infection. Unfortunately I took her to this place because doctors Cox was not available and I panic.I drove 45 minutes to see DrCox as an emergency visit today since my last visit in March. Yes my Panzcha has an eye infection from that other place, and I know her kidneys are failing… but Doctor Cox took my fabulous Panzcha in, and unlike the other place I sat that whole time with my furbaby while the doctor and assistant took care of her.I now know for sure that this is the place I’ll be forever thankful and the honesty and caring way Dr Cox has shown .. I am forever thankful with gratitude. My Panzcha purrs was my biggest affirmation that my Panzcha loved and trusted Dr. Cox. At the other location my Panzcha hissed and bit the vet and once they found out I did not wanted their services they just left me alone with no answers and told me to leave.Dr Brandon Cox, we need more amazing caring humans like you. You gave me your honest opinion and my heart is grateful.. thank you also for the hug.. no one in any other place had given me a hug when I was trying to hold back my tears from fear of not been able to help my Panzcha.My Panzcha is a senior.. over 10, I rescued her back in 2018 .. The kindness, attention to detail, and knowledge demonstrated by Dr. Gonzalez and his amazing staff is beyond compare! I am so grateful to have found this vet, and you will be too! As if the level of care was not enough reason to trust Best Friends, their prices are also unbeatable! I have paid more than double with other vets who failed to diagnosis and treat the issues.
