Efficient, Professional and also very Kind. Recently relocated to Tallahassee via Columbus,OH and having attended Ohio State for Software Engineering I was very tentative on where to take a high end gaming laptop. I am so thankful I was fortunate enough to find Mary and John. Not only could they fix a problem I could not, they had the amazing grace to share with me exactly what the issue was. Do not let the "fair pricing" let you think that Bruner's isn't capable, it's quite the inverse. I will be returning for multiple custom setups as I am an avid gamer and technology isn't slowing down. So thankful I found this gem!!

Every interaction I had here was positive and everyone was very helpful with extremely reasonable prices. If I am in need of computer repair services again in Tallahassee I will definitely be coming exclusively to Bruner's

Rarely do I ask for help, but when I was working on a nearly $5000 computer build, I hired John at Bruner's help me build a new video editing rig. Not only was he super nice and helpful in helping me pick out the parts, but also built it for me for much less than I would have paid anywhere else. I got regular text updates from him personally throughout the process, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the end result. When my build started to have issues, John took time out of his day on a SATURDAY to make sure I got back up and running.
