I had a really rough hardware issue with a PCI card that I needed help with! The staff was very courteous, friendly, and competent, and the quality of the work was fantastic! They really went above and beyond! Highly recommended!

Very prompt and quick response to my problem. Staff was friendly and explained everything clearly to me. Even though I had to bring it back because I was still having trouble after the fix, the staff showed me how to work with what I had to have a working computer. I'm very happy with the results.
