As we all know HVAC companies are slammed with service calls this time of year. The wait time between your call to them and the work being done can sometimes be a couple of days out for a duct repair.
My daughter has an auto immune disease, and we had a gaping hole in the return duct caused from another company doing work in our crawl space. This was bringing all kind of nasty stuff in our home including a dangerous amount of radon in the house.
I explained our predicament to Anny Tilman and she called Bob Schaldenbrand who got to our house the same day and the duct was replaced the very next morning.
