AMAZING! Over the last 18months we had hired two other companies to help us with our AC issues and both kept charging us without fixing the actual problem. Watts came in and had us up and running in less than an hour! Forever greatful!
If I could give them more stars I would! We have used them for everything at our house and at my sister's house here in Tallahassee. The company is excellent and responsive! James is our favorite-- he has been here to fix the HVAC (which had a manufacturing problem), to install the gas lines , to check for leaks and to make us a custom damper for our gas fire. He is funny and articulate and wonderful. And the owner Carre is a hoot and smart and treats her workforce with the respect they deserve. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I tell all my friends the same thing -- they are to be trusted to get it right. And they won't make you feel like a pest for asking.
