Greg and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Anytime there was an issue (which was rare), Greg was the first to respond and make sure our home was taken care of. After 4 years of having Greg as my property manager, I have realized that the stakes are high. I hope my next adventure can come with an individual such as Greg. Work ethic, Tenacity, and responsiveness. All characteristics Greg possess. I was fortunate to have met Greg in my life. Thank you for an amazing 4 years!

Big swimming pool, nice tennis court, great location ( across the street from the beach). Good laundry facilities and it's getting renovations (lobby, party/ events room). The pool deck is dated and needs resurfacing as well as the pool ( the floor is all patched up), but it's a great location overall. Walking distance to shopping area and short drive to grocery stores.
