Terrible and old building 100 Bayview Dr. The housekeeping services are poor, thus there are tons of cockroaches and ants roaming the building. The building itself is poorly constructed, so you can hear what your neighbors are doing and saying through the drywalls. Moreover, many of the floors have a number of apartments under construction, exposing residents to excessive drilling noises constantly for hours on any given day.The air conditioning in the hallways is not working, nor are the elevators.
