“On 9/19/2025 I turned off my dbl 80 amp circuit breaker that handle my pool equipment, so that I could install a new Flow Switch. Repair was easy and the I tried to turn the circuit breakers back on. They wouldn't reset. Frustrated I called Pikes Elec on Saturday, 9/20/25. I explained the problem and they said because my pool being shut down, it was not an emergency but the would not come out until Monday. Pikes was very polite but no help. Around 9:30 AM, 9/20, I called Lenhart Elec and spoke with Roxanne. Roxanne said there may be a simple solution. She said you/me, have to push the breakers really hard to OFF until I heard and felt the breaker reset. Roxanne said to put her on speaker while I tried to reset the breaker. I pushed the breaker to off and... nope. She said to really, really push hard... SNAP and the breaker snapped to the OFF position. Now Roxanne said push the breaker really hard to the ON position, and SNAP the breaker was reset and electricity was restored to my pool equipment.
