“This review is for technician Chris Spivey. He listened to my concerns about the fuse box switches not matching up to what they were labeled. He went through the entire home checking and rechecking what switch was to what area and corrected some issues with the wiring, that was originally done improperly.I am thankful he was our technician as he was friendly, up beat, professional and thorough. He took the time to correctly relabel the entire panel and walk me through the fuse box as it now relates to the different areas of our home. Thank you Chris!“

“I returned home from a 10 day trip to find our bedroom and master bath had no power. The circuit breaker was tripped but I couldn’t reset it. I called Lenard for emergency service. Justin called me before arriving and instructed me on how to do a proper reset of the breaker which fixed the problem. Justin recommended that he didn’t need to perform the service call which saved me an expensive emergency service fee. Many thanks to Justin for going above and beyond.“
