Dump cold water on your carpet and a walk away, you will get exact same cleaning and not have to pay. There was no heat to the water they spayed on my carpet and there was no suction to the machine they used. It literally did nothing but leave carpet wet, not damp, wet! I used my little Bissell carpet cleaner and was able to suck gallons of cold water out of carpet when he left, because there is no way carpet would have ever dried if we left it as wet as they did. Their service cleaned nothing. It was a huge waste of our time and money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I'm on my way to Publix to rent a machine to clean carpets because Honor just came to pretend to do it, although he really took my money even tho it was supposed to be 42.00 it was 73.50 Doesnt smell clean , he threw my stuff around and answered the phone more than cleaned the carpet, horrible, when i said i was unsatisfied he said , sorry...yes,,, that's the owner,,, i also wished i read the reviews first. waste of money and time. 15 mins. Tops ,

BEWARE!!! I would NEVER use this company for ANY reason! I am posting this review to make others aware of the potential danger when allowing a disgruntled contractor in your home to the point that the police had to be called. I'm a property manager and one of my clients contracted Honor Carpet Cleaning to have their carpet clean. On 04/15/2022 I met the representative of Honor Carpet Cleaning at my client property, my clients had a coupon for $99 covering 5 rooms, they only had 4 bedrooms and a set of steps that needed service, the cleaning company told my clients that because the steps their service is going to cost $141 dollars, price that was mutually agreed upon....read full review
