I was referred by my friend whose carpet, drapes and tile were so clean and refreshed like new I had to have the company #. Owner Mark responded to my call quickly and was kind and courteous. He had me on the schedule quickly. The tech showed up on time and was polite and professional. He also owns his field and helpful in meeting my needs. When all was said and done my carpets and tile was as shiny fresh and clean as new as my neighbors! I've already passed Honor onto friends and family (also pleased with consistent results as mine) and definitely refer anyone reading here to trust in using Honor. I had a small flood that spillled out of my bathroom andsoaked my carpet including an antique area rug passed down from my grandmother. Honor came right out and their cleaner Mark did a great job. I was very anxious about the whole thing and he made me feel better right away. He cleaned the rest of the house as well for a great price and it looks better than it did before.
