I've worked with Designer Nancy Wright on a number of projects now ... window shades, custom banquette seating, and bedding ensemble. She is so incredibly insightful & I appreciate her coming to our home with samples and recommendations. The items we have purchased have come on a timely basis, and their installers are top-notch. We had one shade that malfunctioned after install and they had it corrected in a very timely fashion. It's been great to have such personal service. Highly recommend these folks.

Our experience with In the Shade, Stuart, FL has been exceptional . We worked with Jan the owner and Diane. Jan worked very hard to get us the right size Hunter Douglas shades for our windows. They are beautiful and it really transformed our home. We appreciate everyone there. From the sales people, schedulers and installation. It has been wonderful!!
