This was a great experience all around. The sales-person, the installers, and the office staff were all very helpful, informative, and professional. The shutters themselves are very well made, and they look beautiful!

We just used APS, Inc. to get plantation shutters for our new townhouse. Mike was extremely responsive and easy to work with. The finished product is beautiful. Frankly, I think APS provides a fantastic value too. I shopped roller shades to see if I could do it myself a save a bunch of money. Yes, the plantain shutters ended up costing more, but not that much more. Plus, the cost of the shutters included installation (whereas I would have had to install the roller shades myself). On top of that, I'm supporting a local business and a getting product that's manufactured right in Palm City. I highly recommend Mike and his team. From beginning to end it was a great experience. Prompt responses, ease in scheduling and even an earlier delivery date than expected. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Installation was professional and efficient. I wish more companies were like them

American woodworkers manufacturing wooden plantation shutters. No Chinese. In over 30 years of manufacturing real wood shutters, we have installed hundreds, if not thousands of shutters in garages where there is no A/C or humidity control. We can say the same for bathrooms over tubs with steam and plenty of moisture. Tick tock tick tock. We’re still waiting for the first phone call to tell us that any one of these shutters has warped. Oh, and the fabricators (that's anybody else), assembling plantation shutters in SE Florida that call themselves manufacturers….We are the "ONLY" company in SE Florida that can pull kiln dried lumber off the back of a truck and process that lumber into finished plantation shutters and give a lifetime warranty.
