Wonderful dealing with owner (AL) and service technician (Blair).On time, professional, gave me great information and had the refrigerator repaired sooner than I thought. A new fan motor needed to be ordered and it arrived overnight and they called and had it repaired that morning...originally thought I would have to wait days. Highly recommend DO NOT use Pristine Appliance (Andy) Had to call twice because they did not call me back. Did not show up when they said they would and did not call to advise me they would not be there. When I called to see if they were coming...no answer and no return call so now I was stuck over a holiday weekend with no refrigerator. Never...read full review

I went in there and it made me feel really good about the way my garage looks. They sent the guy out who was very honest and truthful tell us it will be cheaper to buy a new dishwasher.

Very honest people!!! You won’t ever have to worry about losing money.Amazing staff, were super understanding with what was wrong with my fridge and immediately decided to come give it a look the next day. Came in on time before me and my family headed to work. The guy was super honest and told us it be best if we invest in a new fridge instead of wasting money for a fridge that won’t be guaranteed to be fixed. Definitely saved us money and explained to us very well what the problem might be.. will be investing on a new fridge. Definitely recommend the place !
