The Technician arrived on time, diagnosed the error in a few minutes, and returned two days later with the required parts, making the needed repairs in less than 10 minutes. Technican was friendly, informative and extremely helpful. We are very pleased with their service provided, and would highly recommend them.

Was on time, excellent service and did the job Correctly.. Service was pricey... Didn't have a breakdown of parts labor service call..I had a the plastic water line replaced on my refrigerator in and out in Less than a 1/2 HR$190.00.

In this day age its hard to find quality Professional Businesses. This was my first experience with Mr Appliance and l was thoroughly impressed!! They were Honest, Reliable, Reasonable & kept me informed during this entire process!! The Technician Jared was extremely Honest, Professional, Respectful & Knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything to me and explained what & how it how it broke. He didn't rush to get the job done! (Unlike others!) He was very methodical & Respectful of my property & belongings while repairing my double oven.
