Dan and his crew do incredible work. He did some major home renovation work others simply could not have done. Plus, he did it in a timely manner - showing up every day unlike the many other contractors I have used. When we ran into problems (there are always problems) he presented solutions that worked. He also referred other contractors such as painters, electricians, and plumbers that were the best I've used. I'll only work with Dan in the future.

Lombard Homes helped us build our two story modern farmhouse in St Petersburg Florida. Dan (owner) was always very professional and courteous when we first contacted him. He took extra time to ensure the plans we received from an architect could be realized. The company worked with our budget well and they are not afraid to be transparent with the costs of everything, especially during Covid. We have used Lombardo Construction twice in the last 10 years for 2 different places we purchased. Dan and his people have been great for both projects. On the first project he helped design and then did a complete remodel all the way down to the studs for a 3 bedroom condo. That remodel allowed us to resell years later at a much higher price than we originally paid This most recent project was a remodel of 1 bathroom, the kitchen, along with tiling and painting the entire condo.
