I purchased complete windows from World of Windows, paid in advance never will do again, after checking two months later, the windows were never ordered. We sold the condo thus the installation was delayed cost us a big extra expense and then after 5 months sent us another cosmetic stucco invoice for $1700.00. Don’t USE this company there are many other providers in the market place, plus far more competitive! I used them only because they did work in our condo building before….convenient, bad decision!!

We had World of Windows install our hurricane windows and love what they did. Now, several years later, we needed an adjustment to our multi-point front door. The sent out a tech who is the world's nicest and most professional guy. It is such a pleasure to find such people. BTW, BOB is the nicest guy on the phone you can find too.

Search around before using this company. I used them about 3 yrs ago when renovating my place. They were great. Met the owner. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I called a couple weeks ago as one of my windows will not open. From the start the woman who answers was nasty. I was attempting to ask questions regarding my warranty, availability etc. she never took any of my info, never checked to see about my warranty as I asked and immediately started rambling off prices ($125 to show up, $150/hr plus parts.
